ARMA Announces Open Bidding for Management of Elite Real Estate in Kyiv

The National Agency for the Detection and Management of Assets (ARMA) has begun accepting applications for participation in open bidding for the management of six lots of seized elite real estate and land plots in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The assets were transferred based on a decision by the Pechersk District Court.

List of Elite Real Estate Lots in the Capital

Among the proposed lots, a residential building in the central part of Kyiv near the Lavra stands out, located on four land plots on Dobrovolchykh Bataliyoniv Street (formerly Panfilovtsiv Street). The list also includes:

  • An apartment in Pechersk.
  • Two garages on Andriy Verhoglyad Street (formerly Mykhailo Drahomyrov Street).
  • An apartment on Instytutska Street with two parking spaces.
  • A neighboring apartment in the same building on Instytutska Street with two parking spaces.

Properties in the Kyiv Region and Participation Conditions

In addition to the properties in the capital, ARMA is seeking managers for a residential property in the Obukhiv district of Kyiv region: this is a residential building with an area of 1,299.4 square meters and ten land plots with a total area of 4.8 hectares. Another separate lot is a land plot of 0.2 hectares in the village of Pidhirtsi, Obukhiv district.

All interested parties are allowed to participate in the bidding, except for representatives of the aggressor state and representatives of the asset owner.

The acceptance of proposals will continue until 18:00 on October 2, 2025, through the Prozorro system.
