Journalists have released an official report regarding Dmytro Zahumenniy’s business trip to Florence, which took place in October 2024. According to the document, the city paid the official per diem, tickets, and covered hotel accommodations. The total expenses for this trip exceeded 141 thousand hryvnias.
Scandal Surrounding Foreign Trips and Suspicions of Assisting in Evasion of Mobilization
In the last three years, Dmytro Zahumenniy has traveled abroad twice using forged documents. At the time of his business trip to Italy, he had already been served with a suspicion of assisting Kyiv City Council deputies in evading military service. The Pechersk Court placed Zahumenniy under house arrest at night, and in December 2023, he was suspended from his position. Despite this, in October 2024, he was on a business trip outside Ukraine.
