In the capital, as a result of another attack by the Russian Federation, 2,939 infrastructure facilities remain without electricity. A significant number of Kyiv residents continue to face interruptions in the supply of vital resources.

Heating and Water Issues

As of 1:21 PM, 136 social institutions in Kyiv remain without heating, where the heating season has already begun. In addition, water supply is absent in 4,474 residential buildings in the city.

“According to information from Kyivvodokanal, the filling of the water supply system is ongoing,” the Kyiv City State Administration reported.

Gas Shut Off in Damaged Building

A building on Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard, which was damaged during the shelling, has been disconnected from gas supply for safety reasons. City services continue to work on eliminating the consequences of the Russian attacks.

“All city services are working around the clock to restore the stable operation of the capital’s life support systems as quickly as possible,” the statement said.
