The operational situation along the front line remains tense

Over the past day, nearly 140 clashes occurred between Ukrainian defenders and Russian forces in the combat zone. The most intense fighting was recorded in the Pokrovsk, Lyman, and Novopavlivka directions, where Russian troops continue attempts to break through the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Enemy Losses and Achievements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Ukrainian military inflicted significant losses on the enemy. Over the past day, about 880 occupiers were destroyed, along with four tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, 42 artillery systems and multiple rocket launchers, one air defense system, 325 operational-tactical drones, and 122 units of automotive and special equipment, including fuel tankers.
“The invaders carried out 84 airstrikes, dropping 154 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, the Russians employed 5770 kamikaze drones and conducted 5177 artillery shellings on our troops’ positions and populated areas, including 86 from multiple rocket launchers,” the General Staff reported.
Situation in Various Directions of the Front
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders repelled nine enemy assaults. In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy launched five attacks, all of which were repelled by defense forces. The Kupiansk direction saw six combat clashes.
In the Lyman direction, Russian troops attacked 20 times, while in the Siversky direction, our defenders repelled three attacks. In the Toretsk direction, the enemy made nine assaults, all of which were halted.
The situation remained particularly tense in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian troops stopped 41 enemy attacks near 19 populated areas. In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy attempted to advance 21 times near 11 populated areas, but all attempts were in vain.
At the same time, no offensive actions by Russian troops were recorded in the Kramatorsk, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, and Dnipro directions over the past day.
