Situation on the Front: Summary from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Over the past day, there were 170 combat engagements along the line of contact with the forces of the Russian Federation. The most tense situation was recorded in the Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, and South Slobozhansk directions, where the occupiers attempted to breach the Ukrainian defenses most actively.
Enemy Losses and Actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
The Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repelled enemy attacks, inflicting significant losses on personnel and equipment of the adversary. By the end of the day, approximately 1,140 occupiers were eliminated, three tanks, three armored fighting vehicles, 30 artillery systems and multiple launch rocket systems were destroyed, as well as 245 operational-tactical level drones and 125 units of automotive equipment.
“The enemy launched three missile and 62 air strikes, used three missiles, and dropped 177 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they conducted 4,301 shelling incidents, including 121 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 5,251 kamikaze drones,” the General Staff reported.
Operational Situation by Directions
- North Slobozhansk and Kursk Directions: four combat engagements occurred.
- South Slobozhansk Direction: the enemy made 17 assault attempts.
- Kupiansk Direction: two attacks by the occupiers were recorded.
- Lyman Direction: the enemy attacked ten times.
- Sloviansk Direction: the enemy attempted to advance ten times.
- Kramatorsk Direction: three attacks on the positions of Ukrainian defenders were recorded.
- Kostiantynivka Direction: the enemy conducted 29 attacks.
- Pokrovsk Direction: our defenders stopped 45 enemy attacks near 16 populated areas.
- Oleksandrivka Direction: 14 enemy assaults were repelled.
- Huliaipole Direction: 12 combat engagements occurred.
- Orikhiv Direction: the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
- Dniprovsk Direction: Ukrainian units repelled three assault attempts near the Antonivskyi Bridge.
Thus, despite the reduction in activity across all fronts, the situation remains tense, and the defenders of Ukraine continue to effectively hold back enemy offensives along the entire line of contact.
