Operational Situation on the Frontline
In the Kharkiv direction, Russian forces made five attempts to advance near Vovchansk, Zapadne and Kam’yanka, but were halted by Ukrainian defenders.
In the Kupiansk area, Ukrainian troops repelled six attacks from the occupiers. In the Lyman direction, the enemy attempted to breach the defense 20 times, concentrating efforts near the settlements of Novy Myr, Serhiivka, Lypove, Zelena Dolyna, Torske, and Hryhorivka.
In the Siversky direction, Ukrainian defenders held their ground, repelling nine attacks from the enemy. In the Kramatorsk direction, 14 combat encounters were recorded near Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Markove, Kurdiumivka, as well as in the directions of Bila Hora and Stupochky.
In the Toretsk direction, Russian forces launched 26 attacks in the areas of Toretsk, Oleksandro-Kalynove, Yablunivka, and Rusynyi Yar. The greatest pressure was exerted by the aggressor in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders managed to stop 58 enemy offensive actions.
Enemy Losses and Results of Defensive Actions
In the Huliaipole direction, a combat encounter occurred near Malynivka, and in the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attempted to advance twice in the area of Nesterianka but was repelled. In the Dnipro direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces thwarted another attempt by the enemy to advance. In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 35 attacks from Russian troops yesterday.
“Yesterday, the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1130 individuals. Additionally, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed three tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, 52 artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, an air defense asset, 79 operational-tactical level drones, and 107 units of automotive equipment.”
By the end of the day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to effectively deter the enemy’s offensive actions and inflict significant losses on Russian troops across all fronts of the frontline.
