Forecasters have released an updated weather forecast for Kyiv and the Kyiv region for Wednesday, November 19.

Deterioration of Temperature and Absence of Precipitation
During the night, forecasters predict a significant drop in temperature, which in some areas will reach between 0 and -5°C in the Kyiv region. In Kyiv itself, nighttime temperatures are expected to range from 0 to -2°C. During the day, temperatures will rise slightly: in the capital, the air will warm up to +3…+5°C, and in the region – to +2…+7°C. No precipitation is expected in the next 24 hours.
“In Kyiv and the region – cloudy with clearings, no precipitation. Wind – southeast, 5-8 m/s,” forecasters warned.
Atmospheric Conditions in the Morning
According to meteorologists, as of the morning, the air temperature in Kyiv was -1°C. Humidity was recorded at 87%, and atmospheric pressure was 749 mm of mercury. The wind was predominantly from the southeast, with a moderate speed of 5-8 meters per second.
Meteorologists advise residents of the capital and the region to be prepared for nighttime frosts and to consider current weather conditions when planning their movements and choosing clothing.
