The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has released current information regarding combat operations on the front over the past day.

Enemy’s Greatest Activity in the Pokrovsk and Lyman Directions
Over the past day, nearly 150 combat encounters between Ukrainian forces and Russian invaders were recorded. The hottest events unfolded in the Pokrovsk and Lyman directions, where Ukraine’s defense forces halted the largest number of enemy attacks. In total, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated approximately 1,040 occupants, as well as destroyed four tanks, four armored fighting vehicles, 48 artillery systems and multiple launch rocket systems, 163 operational-tactical level drones, two cruise missiles, and 130 units of vehicles, special equipment, and fuel tankers.
“The enemy launched 87 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, including dropping 157 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they conducted 6,074 shellings, of which 111 were from multiple launch rocket systems, and employed 4,073 kamikaze drones for strikes,” the General Staff reported.
Situation Analysis by Directions
- In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out 16 assault actions.
- The Southern Slobozhansky direction was marked by four combat encounters.
- The Kupiansk direction recorded nine attacks from the occupants.
- The Lyman direction became the site of twenty-one enemy attacks.
- In the Sever direction, the Russians attempted to dislodge Ukrainian forces from their positions eight times.
- In the Kramatorsk direction, there was one combat encounter.
- In the Toretsk direction, eleven enemy attacks were recorded.
- The Pokrovsk direction became the arena for thirty-eight attacks by the aggressor near twelve populated areas, which were successfully repelled by Ukrainian defenders.
- The Novopavlivka direction saw thirteen repelled enemy assaults.
- The Hulyaipole and Orikhiv directions were relatively calm, with no offensive actions from the enemy.
- In the Dnipro direction, Ukrainian defense forces repelled six attacks from the aggressor.
Thus, the situation on the front remains tense, and Ukrainian military forces continue to resist the enemy in key directions, preventing the adversary from advancing deeper into the country.
