Where to Get Help for Victims of the Attack
Following the combined attack that took place on December 27, special support centers have been organized in various districts of the capital to assist residents whose homes were damaged. These centers help with the process of obtaining material assistance, provide legal and psychological consultations, and explain the next steps for affected individuals.
Support centers continue to operate in the capital’s districts to assist residents of buildings that were damaged as a result of the combined attack on December 27.
Addresses and Contacts of the Centers in Kyiv Districts
In the Desnyanskyi district, the center is located at: Vasyl Ivanis Street, 3 (Primary Health Care Center No. 3 of the Desnyanskyi district). It operates until 6:00 PM. For inquiries, you can call: 098-648-08-89, 097-109-90-41.
At this center, citizens can receive consultations from specialized professionals, explanations regarding the process of obtaining material assistance, psychological support, legal consultations, and information on further actions.

Residents of the Shevchenkivskyi district can contact the hotline at (044) 235-66-66 (operational duty officer).
Starting December 29, a support center will also begin operating in the Darnytskyi district. It will be located in the premises of the Department of Social and Veteran Policy of the Darnytsia District State Administration at: Kharkiv Highway, 176-G.
