Over the past day, there have been 134 combat encounters along the line of contact, indicating a decrease in their intensity. The most tense areas remain the Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, and Lyman directions, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine have repelled a significant number of enemy attacks.

Enemy Losses and the Scale of Combat Operations

Ukrainian forces inflicted substantial losses on the Russian occupiers. Throughout the day, around 950 soldiers were eliminated, five tanks were destroyed, 29 artillery systems and multiple launch rocket systems were taken out, one air defense system was neutralized, 330 operational-tactical level drones were downed, and 119 units of automotive equipment were destroyed.

“The invaders launched 42 air strikes on the territory of Ukraine, dropping 136 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they deployed 4855 kamikaze drones and conducted 3869 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas, including 118 from multiple launch rocket systems,” the General Staff reported.

Overview of Combat Activity in Various Directions

  • North-Slobozhansky and Kursk Directions: three combat encounters were recorded.
  • South-Slobozhansky Direction: the enemy conducted six attacks.
  • Kupiansk Direction: three attempts at an offensive by the occupiers.
  • Lyman Direction: Ukrainian forces repelled 15 attacks.
  • Sloviansk Direction: the enemy attempted to advance five times.
  • Kostiantynivka Direction: the enemy carried out 17 attacks.
  • Pokrovsk Direction: Ukrainian defenders halted 38 attacks by the aggressor near ten populated areas.
  • Oleksandrivka Direction: nine enemy assaults were repelled.
  • Huliaipole Direction: ten combat encounters occurred.
  • Orikhiv Direction: three attempts to advance by the occupiers.
  • Kramatorsk and Dnipro Directions: no combat encounters were recorded.

Thus, while the overall number of combat encounters has decreased, the situation in certain sections of the front remains tense. Ukrainian defenders continue to effectively thwart the enemy’s offensive actions, inflicting significant losses in personnel and equipment.
