In the Solomianskyi District of Kyiv, plans are underway to convert the former Erudite Gymnasium building into a modern kindergarten, allocating over 242 million UAH for this work.

Renovation of the building on Andrii Melnyk Street
The Education Department of the Solomianskyi District State Administration has announced a tender for extensive renovation work at the Erudite Gymnasium located at 27 Andrii Melnyk Street. Relevant information has been posted on the electronic procurement platform Prozorro.
According to the tender documentation, the future contractor will need to remove trees on the site, dismantle existing structures, and strengthen the foundation and basement walls from the first to the third floors of the building.
Scope and timeline of the work
The renovation project includes the installation of new inter-floor ceilings, updating the roof and walls, laying flooring, and installing modern windows and doors. Additionally, a complete replacement of the water supply and drainage systems will be carried out, along with the installation of new ventilation and other necessary work to meet modern standards for preschool educational institutions.
All renovation work on the building must be completed by the end of December 2027.
