The State Property Fund is holding an auction for the lease of premises in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine building

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an auction for the lease of non-residential premises located in the historic center of Kyiv at Mykhailivska Square, 1, in the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

The premises, located on the minus first floor of the MFA building, has a total area of 59.9 square meters. It is on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Auction Conditions and Advantages of the Object

The auction for the lease of this commercial property will take place on July 11 in the electronic trading system “Prozorro.Sales”. The acceptance of price proposals will continue until July 10. The lease agreement stipulates a term of five years, and the starting price of the object is 27,680 hryvnias excluding VAT.

According to the State Property Fund, the premises may attract investors due to its high liquidity and convenient location in the city center. The object is connected to the electricity network, water supply, heating, and sewage, which creates additional opportunities for the implementation of various commercial projects.

Special Lease Conditions and Requirements for Tenants

The State Property Fund emphasizes that the use of the premises has restrictions regarding its intended purpose. Providing public catering services is allowed without the sale of excise goods, meaning the operation of a cafeteria.

Additionally, the tenant must comply with legislation in the field of cultural heritage protection, as the object is located in a monument of architecture and history of local significance — the building of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine (protection number 920-Kv). To this end, it is necessary to meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Cultural Heritage” and the protection agreement concluded between the Department of Cultural Heritage Protection of the Kyiv City State Administration and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
