Intensive combat activity continued on the front line over the past day, with nearly 200 clashes recorded between Ukrainian defenders and the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
Operational Situation on the Front Lines
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled five enemy attacks. In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, Russian troops made seven attempts to break through near Vovchansk, Hlyboke, Fiholivka, as well as in the directions of Kozacha Lopan and Kudiyivka.
In the Kupiansk area, one clash was recorded — Ukrainian defenders halted the enemy’s advance near Stepova Novoselivka. In the Lyman direction, Russians attacked 27 times, attempting to breach the Ukrainian defense near the settlements of Hrekivka, Novyi Myr, Serednie, Ridkodub, Yampolivka, Kolodiazi, and Dibrava.
Defense forces in the Siversky direction stopped 32 offensive actions by the occupiers in the areas of Hryhorivka, Verkhnokamianske, Fedorivka, and Vyimka. In the Kramatorsk direction, five clashes were recorded, where the enemy attempted to advance in the area of Chasiv Yar, as well as towards Bila Hora and Predtechyne.
Losses of Russian Troops and Equipment
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy launched five attacks in the areas of Diliivka, Toretsk, and Rusynyi Yar. Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsk direction repelled 51 enemy assaults. In the Dnipro direction, Russian forces made eight unsuccessful attempts to advance.
Over the past day, the losses of Russian invaders amounted to 1,080 personnel. Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized seven tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, 35 artillery systems, two multiple launch rocket systems, 125 UAVs, and 158 units of the occupiers’ automotive equipment.
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to inflict significant losses on the enemy, both in personnel and in technical support, allowing them to maintain strategic positions in key areas of the front.
