VAKS Extended the Preventive Measure for Developer Vladislava Molchanova Until January 2026

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the obligations for the well-known Kyiv developer Vladislava Molchanova until January 7, 2026.

This is reported by Kyiv24

Case Circumstances Regarding the Developer

In 2021, during a corporate conflict between Vladislava Molchanova and former Member of Parliament Yuriy Ivaniushchenko over control of the wholesale market “Stolichny,” the investigation uncovered an attempt to transfer market assets to individuals controlled by the developer. To this end, officials from the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in the Kyiv region illegally made changes to the land cadastre. This allowed the sale of plots where the market is located to three companies associated with Molchanova based on fictitious agreements.

Molchanova was assigned a preventive measure in the form of a bail of 100 million hryvnias

Criminal Proceedings and Extension of Obligations

In September 2025, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office notified Molchanova, Ivaniushchenko, and related individuals of their suspicion. They are suspected of embezzlement or misappropriation of property on a particularly large scale, as well as money laundering obtained through criminal means — under part 5 of Article 191 and part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The investigating judge of VAKS decided to extend the obligations imposed on Molchanova until the beginning of 2026. Previously, the suspect was released from pre-trial detention on a bail of 100 million hryvnias.
