The wind will blow from the north at a speed of 7-12 m/s. At night, temperatures in the region will range from 5 to 10 degrees Celsius, while during the day, the air will warm up to 11-16 degrees. In the capital, nighttime temperatures will be around 8-10 degrees Celsius, and during the day, an increase to 11-14 degrees above zero is expected.
