President’s Visit and Address to the Soldiers

“Today – the Kupiansk direction, our warriors who are achieving results for Ukraine here. Many Russians talked about Kupiansk – we see. I was there, I greeted the guys. Thank you to each unit, to everyone fighting here, to everyone destroying the occupier. It is extremely important to achieve results on the front today so that Ukraine can achieve results in diplomacy,” the head of state said.

Operational Situation in the Kupiansk Direction

On the same day, the command of the National Guard of Ukraine’s “Charter” Corps reported a successful operation to stabilize the situation in the Kupiansk direction. According to their information, the Armed Forces liberated Kindrashivka, Radykivka, their outskirts, and several blocks in the northern part of Kupiansk.

It is worth noting that on November 20, the head of the Russian General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, claimed the alleged occupation of Kupiansk by the Russian army. However, this information was denied by Ukrainian military personnel, and even pro-war Russian bloggers received it with skepticism.
