The capital’s police have launched a search for 17-year-old Valentyn Udovenko, who disappeared from a hospital ward in the Sviatoshyn district of Kyiv.

Circumstances of the Teen’s Disappearance
According to law enforcement, a staff member of the medical facility reported to the Sviatoshyn police department that around 12:00 she discovered the minor patient was missing from the ward. Police officers arrived at the scene and organized search efforts.
Description of the Missing Person and Call to Citizens
Characteristics of the missing person: height 188 cm, average build, light brown hair. At the time of his disappearance, the boy was wearing dark jeans and a black cap. It is known that Valentyn is an orphan and lives with his older sister.
“The personnel of the Sviatoshyn and main police departments are involved in the search. We appeal to citizens: if you have any information about Valentyn’s whereabouts, please urgently call 098 734 06 46 or the emergency line 102,” the police urged.
