Nariman Suleymanov has officially become the head of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol. The corresponding order regarding his appointment came into effect on January 14, as reported on the official website of the agency.

Prior to his new appointment, Suleymanov served as the deputy head of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. For the past six months, he worked as the deputy prosecutor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, where he proved himself to be a professional worker. The day before, on his Facebook page, he expressed gratitude to his colleagues from Dnipropetrovsk region for their effective cooperation.

In September 2025, media reports emerged about the dismissal of Igor Ponochnov from the position of head of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
