Recent Events at the Front: Ukrainian Military Holds the Line

In the past day, there have been over 120 combat engagements along the line of contact, marking one of the highest figures in recent times. The greatest intensity of hostilities was recorded in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka directions, where the enemy made numerous attempts to breach the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Enemy Losses and Results of Strikes
The Ukrainian military inflicted significant losses on the Russian occupiers. In one day, nearly 1,040 invaders were eliminated, one tank was destroyed, two armored fighting vehicles, 36 artillery systems and multiple rocket launchers, as well as an air defense system. Additionally, the defense forces destroyed 71 operational-tactical level drones, 74 units of automotive and special equipment, and fuel tankers.
“The occupiers launched one missile strike and 58 air strikes, using one missile and 113 guided aerial bombs. Furthermore, the Russians deployed 1,113 kamikaze drones and conducted 4,236 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas,” the General Staff reported.

- Kharkiv Direction: Ukrainian forces repelled four attacks by the Russians near Starytsia and Vovchansk.
- Kupiansk Direction: The enemy attempted to storm the positions of Ukrainian troops three times.
- Lyman Direction: Seven attacks by Russian forces were recorded.
- Seversk Direction: Ukrainian defenders repelled four attempts by the occupiers to advance.
- Kramatorsk Direction: Five combat engagements occurred throughout the day.
- Toretsk Direction: The Russians conducted four attacks on the defensive positions of the Defense Forces.
- Pokrovsk Direction: Enemy units attempted to breach Ukraine’s defenses 39 times near 11 populated areas.
- Novopavlivka Direction: The enemy attempted to seize the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 21 times.
- Orikhiv Direction: Two attacks by the aggressor were recorded.
- Dniprovsk Direction: The occupiers made one unsuccessful offensive action.
- Kursk Direction: Ukrainian units repelled 11 attacks by Russian invaders.
The situation at the front remains tense; however, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are confidently holding back the enemy’s offensive actions and inflicting significant losses on the occupying troops.
