Introduction of ‘Quiet Hour’ at DREAM

At DREAM, a special period of tranquility is organized every day from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. During this time, the lighting in the shopping center is dimmed, background music is turned off, and screens are switched off. This practice aims to provide a comfortable environment for those who need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

“DREAM now has its own special time – ‘Quiet Hour’ – every day from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, when the lights are dimmed, music is turned off, and screens are switched off,” the announcement states.

Convenience for Various Categories of Visitors

According to the staff at the shopping establishment, ‘Quiet Hour’ will be beneficial for people with post-traumatic stress disorders, veterans, parents with small children, elderly visitors, and anyone looking to take a break from the active city life.

The organizers note that similar experiences have long existed in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, where ‘Quiet Hours’ have already become part of caring for the psychological comfort of visitors in public spaces.
