Journalists from the YouTube project «In the Shadow of the Chestnut Tree» conducted an investigation, analyzing audio recordings stored in the materials of the anti-corruption operation «Clean City». They identified the voice of the former Secretary of the Kyiv City Council, Volodymyr Bondarenko, who resigned last week.
