The Zelensky Family’s Income Increased by Over 500,000 Hryvnias in 2025

The income of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his family members for the year 2025 amounted to 15,805,193 hryvnias, which is 519,000 hryvnias more than the previous year. This information is contained in the official declaration of the head of state.

Income Structure of the Zelensky Family in 2025

The main part of the president’s family’s income came from Volodymyr Zelensky’s salary — 336,000 hryvnias for the year, as well as profit from renting out their own real estate, which exceeded 6.2 million hryvnias. Additionally, there were bank interest earnings. Altogether, these sources provided the family with 7.4 million hryvnias.

Another significant source was income from the redemption of domestic government bonds (OVDP) — 8,364,921 hryvnias. In comparison, in 2024 this amount was nearly 200,000 hryvnias higher, totaling 8,585,532 hryvnias.

Property and Real Estate of the President’s Family

Volodymyr Zelensky owns an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 131.9 square meters and two parking spaces in the capital. Additionally, he retains 25% ownership of an apartment in Kyiv (254.5 sq. m) co-owned with the Shefir brothers and 50% of another apartment (198.6 sq. m) co-owned with Serhiy Shefir.

The president’s wife, Olena Zelenska, owns an apartment in temporarily occupied Crimea with an area of 129.8 sq. m and a parking space, as well as an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 284 sq. m. Furthermore, she has 33% ownership of a non-residential property in Kyiv (337.8 sq. m) co-owned with Olena and Larysa Shefir.

The couple also has the right to use an apartment in the United Kingdom and a state dacha in Kyiv with outbuildings and structures covering a total area of over 4,000 square meters.

Among the valuable items owned by the family are watches from renowned brands such as Breguet, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Piaget, and Bovet.
