Forecasters have released an updated weather forecast for Kyiv and the Kyiv region for August 18.

Deteriorating Weather Conditions in the Capital
On Monday, August 18, residents of Kyiv and the region can expect a noticeable drop in air temperature. According to experts, there are no significant weather surprises expected throughout the day.
“In Kyiv and the region — cloudy with clearings. At night in the region — occasional brief showers, during the day — no precipitation. Wind — north-western, 7-12 m/s,” forecasters warned.
Temperature Readings and Atmospheric Conditions
According to the forecast, at night the temperature in the region will range from 11 to 16° Celsius, while during the day the air will warm up to 19-24°. For Kyiv, the typical temperature regime will be nearly 16° at night and up to 23° during the day.
As of the morning, the air temperature in the capital reached 15° Celsius with a relative humidity of 72% and an atmospheric pressure of 744 mm of mercury.
