An investigation has been launched in the Dnipro District of Kyiv following a child’s fall from an attraction

Law enforcement officials in the capital have opened a criminal case due to an accident that occurred in Victory Park in the Dnipro District of Kyiv. The incident took place in the area of the rope course, where a 14-year-old teenager was injured.
Details of the Incident
At approximately 2:40 PM, the teenager was navigating the rope attraction when he suddenly fell from a height of about one and a half meters. As a result of the fall, the boy sustained multiple injuries. Doctors who arrived at the scene promptly hospitalized the victim to a medical facility for necessary assistance.

Police Actions and Case Qualification
An investigative operational group is working at the scene to establish all the circumstances of the event. Information regarding the incident has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Part 1 of Article 271 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for liability for violations of labor protection legislation.
Law enforcement officials are urging witnesses to contact the police to provide additional information that may help establish the causes and those responsible for violating safety regulations.
