An official from the Tourism and Promotions Department of the Kyiv City State Administration has been detained on suspicion of receiving illegal benefits. The official can only be released from custody after posting bail in the amount of one million hryvnias.
Case Circumstances
The investigation revealed that the official promised a business representative to assist in resolving the issue regarding access to the food establishment he rented. This concerns passing through an arch that is part of the property rented by the Tourism and Promotions Department of the KCSA. For this, the official demanded a monetary reward.

Further Court Decisions
In addition to the case against the official, the court will also consider the issue of choosing a preventive measure for the director of the Bessarabian Market. The relevant hearing is scheduled for July 19.
