Clear Regulation and Elimination of the “Black Market”

The capital is working on creating a transparent mechanism that will allow certain taxi services to operate legally during the curfew. According to KMVA Chief Tymur Tkachенко, cooperation is underway with all law enforcement agencies to ensure the legality of such transportation.

“We are currently working with all law enforcement agencies to create a clear and transparent mechanism. If night transportation is permitted, it will only be legal, under strict control and responsibility,” wrote Tymur Tkachенко.

Requests from Taxi Services and Priority of Safety

KMVA has received official requests from popular taxi services — Bolt, Uklon, and Uber — asking for permission to allow night transportation during the curfew. The administration emphasizes that any activity must be conducted strictly within the legal framework, and illegal schemes and the “black market” for taxis will be decisively eradicated.

The head of KMVA stressed that the safety of the city remains the top priority, and all transport providers must strictly adhere to legal requirements. He also warned that any attempts to circumvent the rules or use illegal passes will be firmly suppressed.
