Kyiv Aviation Institute has launched a competition to fill the vacant position of university president. The relevant announcement was made by the supervisory board of the institution.
Candidate Requirements
All candidates must be fluent in the state language, have at least five years of managerial experience in leadership positions at enterprises, institutions, organizations, or educational establishments regardless of ownership form, or a minimum of ten years of experience in pedagogical or scientific-pedagogical positions at higher education institutions. Compliance with integrity requirements is also mandatory.
Additional Competencies and Interview Dates
Among the additional requirements for candidates are the ability to solve strategic development tasks for the institute, attract financial resources for the implementation of key activities, and effectively interact with government structures, local self-government bodies, the scientific community, and socio-political organizations.
The competition is conducted by the Institute’s Supervisory Board in the form of an interview with the candidate. The candidate must meet the following requirements: be fluent in the state language; have at least five years of experience in leadership positions at enterprises, institutions, organizations, or educational establishments, regardless of ownership form, or ten years in pedagogical or scientific-pedagogical positions at a higher education institution; comply with integrity requirements.
