In April, the Department of Territorial Control of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) announced a tender for the purchase of Renault Duster vehicles using budget funds. This initiative aimed to update the department’s vehicle fleet and enhance its operational efficiency.

The winner of the tender was the limited liability company «Ukravto Holosiivskyi» — the only participant that submitted a proposal. After the bidding concluded, the deputy director of the department, Mykhailo Abramov, and the head of the company, Vadym Herasymenko, signed the corresponding contract.
The total amount of the contract exceeded 4.6 million hryvnias — this is the amount allocated for the purchase of five vehicles. According to the technical specifications, the cost of one Renault Duster is approximately 774,916 hryvnias, which corresponds to market prices for this model.
The Department of Territorial Control is headed by Mykhailo Budilov, and this step is part of his efforts to modernize the technical support of the agency’s operations.
