Major Renovation of Kyiv Professional College of Art Design

The municipal institution “Kyiv Professional College of Art Design” will receive funding of over 122 million UAH for major renovation.
Tender Details and Work Plans
The relevant information is posted on the electronic procurement platform Prozorro. As part of the project, the restoration of the educational and production building located on Ivan Dziuby Street in the Sviatoshynskyi district of Kyiv is planned. The total amount of the contract is 122.4 million UAH.
According to the tender documentation, the contractor will carry out major renovations of the buildings and structures, as well as landscaping of the adjacent area. All work must be completed within 13 months from the date of signing the contract.
Construction Completion Deadline
The completion of construction work is scheduled for the end of 2027. The college is currently looking for a company to undertake the entire range of tasks.
