Kyiv Plans to Purchase Over 2000 Bio-Cabins for District Markets

The communal enterprise “Svitok” has announced a large-scale tender for the installation of bio-cabins at city markets.

According to the project information, the Kyiv city authorities plan to spend over 3 million hryvnias to improve sanitary conditions for visitors at markets in various districts of the capital. In particular, 1 million 417 thousand 500 hryvnias is allocated for the installation of 945 bio-cabins in the Dnipro, Obolon, Podil, Sviatoshyn, and Solomiansky districts.

Purchase of Bio-Cabins for Different Districts of Kyiv

An additional 1 million 620 thousand hryvnias is planned to be directed towards the acquisition of 1080 bio-cabins for markets in the Holosiivskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Pecherskyi, Desnianskyi, and Darnytskyi districts. In total, the number of new bio-cabins for various locations in Kyiv will exceed 2000 units.

When the Auction Will Be Held

The tender bidding is scheduled for June 23, 2025. It is expected that after the winner of the procurement is determined, the process of installing bio-cabins will begin, allowing visitors to markets in various districts of the capital to access modern sanitary services.
