On the night of June 16, a fire broke out on the territory of a private household on Dambova Street in Kyiv. According to operational information, the fire started in a single-story residential building, and the flames quickly spread to an adjacent utility structure.
“On June 16 at 03:13, a report was received about a fire on the territory of a private household on Dambova Street,” the statement said.
Rescuers averted a tragedy
Upon arrival at the scene, firefighters determined that gas cylinders were present in the premises. During the firefighting efforts, they quickly removed the hazardous items from the fire’s epicenter, thereby preventing a potential explosion and significant fire spread.
As a result of the incident, no one was injured, and there were no fatalities. Currently, law enforcement agencies are investigating the causes of the fire.
