Owners of kiosks that have been operating in Kyiv for 15 to 30 years participated in the protest. They emphasize that after their SAFs are demolished, new trading points owned by other individuals appear in the same locations.
“According to the entrepreneurs, after the demolition, new owners set up trading points in place of their SAFs.”
Entrepreneurs Demand an End to Kiosk Demolition
Some participants brought their children, demonstrating that for many, this business is the primary source of income for their families. The protesters demand a transparent and fair approach to resolving the issue of SAFs, insisting on the necessity of preserving jobs and supporting small businesses.

Series of Protests by Entrepreneurs in Kyiv
This action is not the first: just last week, entrepreneurs organized two similar rallies to defend their rights and the ability to continue operating in their usual locations. According to the entrepreneurs, the situation regarding the demolition of SAFs in Kyiv remains tense, and they strive to be heard by the city authorities.
