Fuel for Patrols: What the Contract Entails
The municipal organization “Municipal Security” has completed the procurement process for fuel for its service vehicles. Following the open bidding process, the company LLC “Ventus Resource” will supply the necessary types of fuel for the patrol vehicles.
According to the tender conditions, the organization will receive 28,000 liters of A-95-Euro5-E5 gasoline and 45,000 liters of diesel fuel. The total contract amount exceeded 3.5 million hryvnias, which is 621.5 thousand hryvnias less than the planned budget.
Execution Timeline and Economic Impact
The fuel supply must be fully completed by December 26 of the current year. Thanks to the results of the bidding, a significant amount of budget funds has been saved.
“According to the tender documentation, LLC ‘Ventus Resource’ is obligated to supply 28,000 liters of A-95-Euro5-E5 gasoline and 45,000 liters of diesel fuel for the needs of the security structure. The total expenditure for this will amount to more than 3.5 million hryvnias, which is 621.5 thousand hryvnias less than was planned.”
