Operational Situation on the Front: Main Areas of Combat and Enemy Losses

In the past day, there were 167 combat engagements on the front lines, with the highest enemy activity observed in the Pokrovsk, Oleksandrivka, and Kostiantynivka directions. The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to inflict significant losses on Russian forces, destroying approximately 1240 occupants, one armored combat vehicle, 36 artillery systems and multiple launch rocket systems, 424 tactical-level drones, one aircraft, and 96 units of enemy automotive equipment in a single day.

Intensity of Shelling and Airstrikes by Russia

“The enemy launched 61 airstrikes, dropping 173 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they conducted 6,664 shellings, including 153 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 4,480 kamikaze drones for strikes,” the General Staff reported.

In the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy carried out two airstrikes, dropped five guided aerial bombs, and conducted 175 shellings, including five from multiple launch rocket systems. In the South Slobozhansky direction, four combat engagements were recorded.

Current Situation on Various Front Sections

In the Kupiansk area, the enemy attempted to attack twice, while in the Lyman direction, they conducted nine attacks. The Sloviansk direction saw 13 attempts by the enemy to advance. In the Kramatorsk direction, one attack by the occupants on the positions of Ukrainian defenders was recorded.

In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy conducted 16 attacks, while in the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian forces repelled 52 assaults by the aggressor near 16 populated areas. Defenders in the Oleksandrivka direction managed to fend off 19 enemy assaults, while in the Huliaipole direction, 12 combat engagements took place.

In the Orikhiv direction, Russian troops attempted to break through the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine but were halted. In the Dnipro direction, Ukrainian units repelled an enemy assault near the Antonivsky Bridge.
