The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported a significant increase in combat activities on the front over the past day.

Most Clashes Occurred in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka Directions
According to the command, approximately 140 combat encounters occurred along the line of contact in the last 24 hours. The most intense situation developed in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka directions, where Ukrainian defenders repelled the largest number of enemy attacks.
During this time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated nearly 1,080 occupants, destroyed seven enemy tanks, 54 artillery systems, and multiple rocket launchers, one air defense system, as well as 617 operational-tactical level drones. Additionally, 43 cruise missiles were shot down, and 113 units of automotive, special equipment, and fuel tankers were neutralized.
Enemy Attacks on Various Front Directions
The occupants were active almost along the entire front line. In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, seven combat encounters were recorded, while five enemy attacks occurred in the Southern Slobozhansky direction. Three clashes took place in the Kupiansk direction, five attacks in the Lyman direction, and the defense forces halted eight offensive actions of the enemy in the Siversky direction.
The Kramatorsk direction saw two combat encounters, while in the Toretsk direction, the enemy attempted to attack 12 times. In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian soldiers stopped 53 assault actions near 14 settlements, and in the Novopavlivka direction, they repelled 21 attacks near seven settlements.
In the Huliaipole direction, Ukrainian defenders did not allow the enemy to advance twice, and in the Dnipro direction, the enemy attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces twice towards the Antonivsky Bridge. Only in the Orikhiv direction did the past day pass without active offensive actions from the enemy.
“The enemy launched one missile and 81 air strikes, used 50 missiles, and dropped 156 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they carried out 4,682 shellings, including 124 from multiple rocket launchers, and deployed 6,432 kamikaze drones for strikes,” the General Staff reported.
