The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the situation at the front over the past day.

In the last 24 hours, more than 180 combat clashes have been recorded along the line of contact. The most intense fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk and Lyman directions, where the defense forces repelled numerous assaults by Russian occupiers.
Enemy Losses and Results of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Ukrainian troops inflicted significant losses on the invaders: nearly a thousand enemy soldiers were destroyed, along with one tank, five armored fighting vehicles, 21 artillery systems, and a multiple launch rocket system, an air defense asset, 85 operational-tactical level drones, as well as 102 units of automotive, special equipment, and fuel tankers.
“The enemy launched two missile strikes and 50 air strikes, using seven missiles and 60 guided bombs, deployed 1206 kamikaze drones for the attacks, and carried out nearly 4000 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas,” the General Staff reported.
Situation in Key Directions
- North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions: 11 combat clashes with Russian troops were recorded.
- South-Slobozhansky direction: the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders 19 times.
- Kupyansk direction: the enemy attempted to break through the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine nine times.
- Lyman direction: the occupiers carried out 14 assaults on the positions of Ukrainian troops.
- Seversky direction: the defense forces effectively repelled an assault by Russian invaders.
- Kramatorsk direction: Ukrainian defenders halted five enemy attacks.
- Toretsk direction: 10 attempts to breach the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were recorded.
- Pokrovsk direction: the enemy conducted 41 assaults in the areas of 15 populated localities.
- Novopavlivsk direction: Russian troops attacked Ukrainian positions 14 times.
- Huliaipole direction: the aggressor did not conduct offensive actions.
- Orikhiv direction: Ukrainian troops repelled the enemy’s advance.
- Dniprovsk direction: the enemy attempted to storm the positions of Ukraine’s defenders five times.
As seen from the summary, the highest activity of Russian troops is recorded in the east of the country; however, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to effectively repel enemy attacks and inflict significant losses on them.
