Possible Payments and Their Calculations

According to the journalists, in the event of the dismissal of an official belonging to the highest categories and ranks of civil servants, they may receive additional payments that include salary, rank allowances, length of service bonuses, work intensity allowances, and premiums.

“Salary, rank allowances, length of service bonuses, work intensity allowances, and premiums — this is what constitutes the salary of a civil servant in Ukraine. The deputies of the Kyiv City State Administration are also civil servants. And not secondary ones, but officials of the highest categories and ranks.”

As a result, according to media estimates, Petro Olenych may be entitled to an amount no less than 35,000–40,000 hryvnias, depending on his salary. This is just a minimum estimate, and the final amount may be higher, considering additional allowances and premiums.
