Expansion of the “Madyar Birds” Units and Recruitment
Robert Brovdi invited all interested individuals to join the twelve units of the “Madyar Birds.” He emphasized that future fighters will be provided with complete equipment, ammunition, and necessary gear. The commander highlighted that service in the UAV Forces allows individuals to choose their area of activity according to their skills and desires.
“It’s time to stop running from the army – it’s time to fly! I announce recruitment for the UAV Forces. 15,000+ vacancies, half of which are specialties from civilian life. You will serve where you choose and as whom you personally select – the commander’s word. Just type three letters in the internet: UAV. Results of Activities and Strategic Goals of the UAV Forces
In five months of operation, the UAV Forces have demonstrated significant results: approximately 30,000 occupiers and over 100,000 enemy targets have been destroyed. This corresponds to the losses of two assault corps or fifty enemy battalions in full strength. Brovdi also emphasized the innovative approach to providing recruits with everything necessary to carry out their missions.
The UAV Forces were established in June 2024 as a separate branch of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the use of aerial, naval, and ground unmanned systems. Robert Brovdi took command of these forces in June 2025, and the unit is currently actively expanding its team.
“We will make up five percent of the total number of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Without a doubt, we will accomplish the task of a “continuous Line of Drones” from flag to flag along the entire existing front line, in tactical, operational, and strategic depth,” the commander is convinced.
Those wishing to join the UAV Forces are offered various specializations, as well as guarantees of modern logistical support and professional training for effective execution of combat tasks at all levels of the front.
