The situation on the frontline remains tense: over the past day, 214 combat clashes have been recorded between the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the enemy.
Main Areas of Combat Operations and Enemy Losses
The highest intensity of combat operations is observed in the Pokrovsk, Novopavlivsk, and Lyman directions. According to Ukrainian military sources, nearly 1,040 occupiers were eliminated in a single day. Additionally, two tanks, seven armored combat vehicles, 23 artillery systems and multiple rocket launchers, 222 operational-tactical level drones, 14 cruise missiles, as well as 76 units of automotive and special equipment and tank trucks were destroyed.
“The enemy launched 3 missile and 65 air strikes, used 18 missiles, dropped 80 guided aerial bombs, conducted 1,171 kamikaze drone strikes, and carried out 3,967 shelling attacks on our troops’ positions,” the General Staff reported.
Situation in Different Frontline Directions
In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, there were 21 combat clashes. In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, Ukrainian forces repelled three enemy attacks. The Kupiansk direction also saw three attempts at storming by Russian troops.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 26 times in an attempt to break through the Ukrainian defenses. The Siversky direction was the site of 12 repelled attempts at an offensive. In the Kramatorsk direction, defense forces halted four enemy attacks.
In the Toretsk direction, Russian troops stormed the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces eight times. The Pokrovsk direction remains one of the hottest, where the enemy made 44 attempts to push Ukrainian units back in the areas of 12 populated localities.
In the Novopavlivsk direction, the occupiers made 25 attempts to advance. In the Hulyaipole direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped yet another enemy attack. The Dnipro direction recorded ten combat clashes.
Despite numerous attempts to break through, Ukrainian forces continue to effectively hold back Russian troops, inflicting significant losses across the entire frontline.
