Meteorologists have released an updated weather forecast for Kyiv and the region for Friday, June 6.

A Hot Day with Brief Showers Expected
Forecasters predict that hot weather will persist throughout the day in the capital and the region. However, the heat may be temporarily alleviated by brief showers that will occur in some areas.
“In Kyiv and the region — slight cloudiness, brief showers. The wind will be predominantly southwest at 5-10 m/s,” the meteorologists warned.
Temperature Readings and Weather Conditions
According to the forecast, nighttime temperatures in the region will range from 15-20°C. During the day, thermometers will rise to 26-31°C. In Kyiv, the nighttime temperature will be 18-20°C, while daytime temperatures are expected to reach nearly 30°C.
As of this morning, the temperature in the capital has already warmed up to 21°C, with a relative humidity of 80% and atmospheric pressure at 747 mm of mercury.
