On Wednesday, July 30, residents of Kyiv and the Kyiv region can expect a significant change in weather conditions. According to meteorologists, the heat will give way to rain and thunderstorms, which will occur in many areas of the region.

“In Kyiv and the region — overcast with clearings, significant rain, thunderstorms. The wind will be north-west at 7-12 m/s,” warned meteorologists.
Meteorologists clarify that the air temperature at night in the region will be between 14-19°, while during the day, thermometers will rise to 20-25°. In Kyiv itself, the nighttime temperature will be around +19°, with daytime temperatures expected to reach up to 23° Celsius. Thus, compared to previous days, the heat will significantly decrease.
Impact of Bad Weather on the City and Infrastructure
Experts point out that such weather conditions may negatively affect the operation of energy, construction, and utility companies, as well as complicate transportation movement.
As of the morning, the air temperature in the capital has already reached 20° with 98% humidity and an atmospheric pressure of 739 mm of mercury.
