Sanctions Synchronized with Partners

The first sanctions package is fully synchronized with this year’s restrictions imposed by Canada. The sanctions cover 139 individuals and legal entities connected to the Russian war machine. Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine, together with international partners, is also working on implementing similar sanctions in the jurisdictions of other countries.

“The first (sanctions package) is the synchronization of partner sanctions in Ukraine, including Canada’s sanctions. This is a 100% synchronization of this year’s Canadian sanctions against 139 individuals and legal entities that are working for the Russian war. Together with our partners, we are also preparing decisions on synchronizing Ukrainian sanctions in the jurisdictions of our partners. Everyone who helps Russia continue its killings and build a war machine for further aggression must feel real pressure from the world,” Zelensky wrote on Facebook.

Sanctions Against Collaborators of the Occupants

The second decree concerns 28 citizens of various states who, according to the president, contribute to maintaining the occupation regime on Ukrainian territory and financially support the Russian Federation. Work is being done on each individual in cooperation with law enforcement agencies of partner countries to hold them accountable for actions against Ukraine.

Decrees No. 612/2025 and No. 613/2025, which approve the relevant decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine regarding the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures, were published on the official website of the president.

Among the companies that have been sanctioned are:

  • “Olchips,” which supplies dual-use goods to Russia, including microelectronics;
  • “Hengue Tech,” which specializes in supplying electronic integrated circuits;
  • “Vay-el-aych Electronics H-kay Co,” a distributor of electronic components;
  • “Asia Shipping Holding,” the owner of ships that transport weapons and ammunition from North Korea to Russia;
  • “Paramount Energy and Commodities SA,” linked to the trade of Russian oil.

With these decisions, Ukraine continues to strengthen international pressure on those who support the aggression of the Russian Federation.
