Among the seized assets for which managers are being sought are:
- A residential building with an area of 647 square meters near the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra;
- Four plots of land in the central district of Kyiv;
- An apartment with an area of 255.5 square meters in Pechersk;
- Two parking spaces.
Transfer of Property to ARMA Management
The mentioned property belonging to former Minister Vitaliy Zakarchenko was seized back in 2021. According to a court ruling, the assets have been transferred to ARMA’s management within the framework of a criminal proceeding.
“It should be noted that the property belonging to the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was seized in 2021 and transferred to ARMA’s management by court ruling within the framework of a criminal proceeding.”
The competition for managers of the seized property provides an opportunity to preserve and effectively utilize the assets until the relevant judicial procedures are completed.
