On August 24, a large-scale event will take place in Kyiv, symbolizing the unity and creativity of Ukrainians around the world. The “Signs of Identity” project will involve participants from twenty different countries, who will create towels live, using the ancient technique of hand printing on fabric—block printing. Through this initiative, the organizers aim not only to preserve national traditions but also to reinterpret them in contemporary art.

Exhibition, Workshop, and Live Broadcast for Everyone

The main events will occur in Kyiv from 14:00 to 17:00 at the National Museum of Decorative Arts of Ukraine (Lavrska St., 9, Building 2) and the Museum of Ukrainian Diaspora (Knyaziv Ostrozkykh St., 40). Visitors can look forward to a live broadcast, an exhibition of works, a block printing workshop, and the opportunity to immerse themselves in a creative atmosphere.
