In Kyiv, a serious break in the heating network occurred on Borshchahivska Street, causing hot water to flood the roadway. This led to significant traffic jams, especially in the direction of Vaclav Havel Boulevard. “Patrol officers are regulating traffic at the scene, while the relevant services are conducting repair work,” reported the patrol police.

An emergency recovery team has arrived at the site and has already begun preparations for repairing the heating network.
