A serious break in the heating network occurred on Kharkiv Highway in Kyiv, resulting in boiling water flooding the courtyard and parking lot near one of the apartment buildings.

Location of the accident and status of repair work
Specialists have already localized the site of the accident and are actively working to eliminate the damage to the heating network. According to municipal services, an emergency recovery team from the company “Euro-Reconstruction” is working at the scene.
“The emergency recovery team from ‘Euro-Reconstruction’ will complete the repair work in the shortest possible time,” promised the capital’s state administration.
Impact on residents and hot water supply
According to the Kyiv City State Administration, the accident in the heating network has not affected the hot water supply in neighboring buildings. The repair work is being carried out in such a way that residents of adjacent residential buildings do not experience interruptions in utility services.
At the same time, it has become known that due to the break, part of the area near one of the buildings has turned into a real lake of hot water. Boiling water flooded the courtyard and parking lot, causing inconvenience for residents and car owners. As of now, efforts to eliminate the consequences of the incident are ongoing.
