In Kyiv, police arrested a man who was intoxicated and riding between the cars of a metro train.
The Incident Occurred at the “Slavutych” Station
Today at the capital’s “Slavutych” metro station, metro staff, along with law enforcement officers, discovered a young man who was dangerously riding between the cars of the electric train while unconscious.
When he noticed the police, he immediately tried to flee and resisted arrest. The offender turned out to be a 26-year-old resident of Kyiv who was under the influence of alcohol.
Consequences and Responsibility
Explaining his actions, the man admitted that he agreed to such a risky ride due to a bet, and he attempted to escape to avoid responsibility.

Law enforcement officers prepared administrative materials against the offender. The sanctions of the relevant article provide for a fine, community service, corrective labor, or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
