Kyiv’s “Dynamo” has published an official statement in response to the public outcry related to the club’s newcomer Vladislav Blenutsa, who previously shared pro-Russian content on his social media.

Club’s Position on the Situation with Blenutsa
The statement notes that the transfer of Vladislav Blenutsa was made in the final moments of the transfer window due to Vladislav Vanat’s move to the Spanish club Girona. During negotiations with the player, there were no doubts about his views; he clearly expressed his support for Ukraine and his desire to play for “Dynamo”.
The club emphasized that upon learning of the unacceptable content on Blenutsa’s social media, it conducted an additional review and discussion. The player confirmed his pro-Ukrainian stance, acknowledged past mistakes, and assured that he is proud to have the opportunity to play in Ukraine.

He confirmed his pro-Ukrainian position and acknowledged past mistakes. Vladislav now truly understands the real situation, takes a completely pro-Ukrainian stance, and is proud to have the opportunity to play in Ukraine.”
“Dynamo” emphasized that it does not tolerate compromises regarding the patriotic stance of its players, and in case of violations, the club will immediately terminate cooperation with such athletes. At the same time, it is reported that Blenutsa will soon personally address Ukrainian fans to clarify his position.
Vladislav Blenutsa’s Career and Transfer Details
Vladislav Blenutsa began his football career in youth academies in the Czech Republic, Moldova, and Romania. In 2019, he joined the youth team of the Italian club Pescara, and by December 2020, he made his debut for the first team in Serie B, playing six matches.
In September 2022, Blenutsa was loaned to the Romanian club Universitatea Craiova 1948. After the season ended, the transfer was purchased, and in the summer of 2023, the player signed a full contract with the club. In the 2023/2024 season, he played 31 matches and scored 8 goals. In the following 2024/2025 season, Blenutsa played on loan for Universitatea Cluj, where he made 37 appearances and scored 12 goals.
At the international level, Blenutsa initially represented the youth and U21 teams of Moldova, and since 2023, he has been playing for the Romanian U20 and U21 teams, where he has already participated in several matches.
According to Prosport, the transfer of the Romanian forward cost “Dynamo” 2.5 million euros plus 20% of any future resale of the player. At the Kyiv club, Blenutsa will receive a salary of 30,000 euros per month, and his contract includes a clause of 50 million euros.
In addition to Blenutsa, “Dynamo” has signed contracts with Nigerian midfielder Shola Ogunyanda and Senegalese defender Aliou Tiara.
