Emergency Services urged residents of the capital not to ignore air raid alerts and to immediately seek shelter during attacks.

The Emergency Services released a photo from inside a residential building in Kyiv that was partially destroyed as a result of a massive strike by Russian forces on the night of November 14. The photo captures severe damage to the building, which was hit by just one drone.
Extent of Destruction After the Drone Attack
The image shows destroyed inter-floor ceilings, blown-out walls, and completely emptied rooms that just moments ago were filled with the everyday lives of residents. The aftermath demonstrates that even adhering to the “two-wall rule” does not always guarantee safety during such powerful shelling.
Rescue Workers’ Appeal to Kyiv Residents
“In the photo – the consequences of a strike from a single UAV. The two-wall rule did not save… Think about it! Just empty rooms, torn ceilings, disrupted daily lives that a moment ago were so familiar. And rescuers, step by step, clearing the rubble in hopes of helping… Take care of yourselves. Go to shelters, do not ignore alerts. Life is the most valuable thing, and every second can change everything!” – urged the rescuers.
Rescuers emphasize the importance of not ignoring air raid signals and heading immediately to the nearest shelter. The safety and preservation of life in critical situations depend on the right actions.
