Enemy losses on the front in one day reached record levels: General Staff released data

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has released operational information regarding the situation on the front over the past day.

Record number of enemy losses and intensity of combat operations

Over the past day, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine conducted 203 combat engagements with the enemy, with the highest number recorded in the Pokrovsk, Oleksandrivsk, and South Slobozhansk directions. According to the staff, Ukrainian forces managed to eliminate about 1240 occupiers, as well as inflict significant losses on enemy equipment: one tank, ten artillery systems and multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), 244 operational-tactical level drones, and 90 units of automotive, special equipment, and fuel tankers.

“The enemy launched one missile strike and 82 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, used one missile, and dropped 147 guided bombs. In addition, they carried out 4476 shellings, including 133 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 4804 kamikaze drones for strikes,” the General Staff reported.

Current situation in various directions of the front

  • North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions: four combat engagements were recorded.
  • South Slobozhansk direction: 23 combat engagements occurred.
  • Kupiansk direction: the enemy made 15 attempts to advance.
  • Lyman direction: the enemy attacked 14 times.
  • Sloviansk direction: the aggressor conducted six attacks.
  • Kostyantynivka direction: the occupiers attempted to dislodge Ukrainian units from positions 21 times.
  • Pokrovsk direction: Ukrainian defenders halted 58 offensive actions near 18 populated areas.
  • Oleksandrivka direction: defense forces repelled 36 enemy assaults.
  • Orikhiv direction: the invaders attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders six times.
  • Kramatorsk, Huliaipole, Dnipro directions: in these areas, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

Thus, over the past day, Ukrainian forces continue to hold the defense and inflict significant losses on Russian occupiers, particularly in the most tense areas of the front.
